Dareth Coombs, Bsc (Hons), Dip FTST, MCSP, HPC Registered.

Since graduating from The University of East London in 2005, Dareth has worked for South West Essex PCT (formally known as Thurrock PCT). This is where he completed all his core rotations before specialising in the field of Musculoskeletal / Outpatient Physiotherapy.

Dareth is currently working as a Specialist Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist throughout various sites in South West Essex. Within this role Dareth is involved in the teaching of both Student and Junior Physiotherapists and performs triage to provide efficient care for the patients of South West Essex.

Additionally, Dareth has experience of working in the private physiotherapy sector and also worked for Gillingham Football Club for two seasons. As Youth Team Physiotherapist he performed pitch-side cover and clinic rehabilitation for all Youth team players up to Under18’s / reserve players.

Dareth’s previous employment  as a Personal Trainer allowed him to gain 5 years experience with many client groups, from those seeking to lose weight to more sport specific and vocational clients. For example, fitness training sessions for the British Korfball Team, Individuals seeking to enter the police / fire services and youth team rugby off season training.
