Initial appointment

A detailed assessment to understand your injury, provide a clear diagnosis, and create a personalised rehabilitation plan. Together, we’ll develop a structured approach to help you return to running, training, and the activities you enjoy.
Follow up appointment
£60
Sessions include a review of your progress, treatment where appropriate, and updates to your rehabilitation plan.
This may include progressing strength work, introducing plyometrics, adapting your running programme, or planning the next phase of your return to sport and performance.
Race Preperation and Running Support
£75/month
Take the guesswork out of your training with a personalised programme built around your race goals, current fitness, and injury history.
Includes ongoing programme reviews, running progression, strength training guidance, fuelling advice, and taper planning.
Available following an initial assessment once symptoms are stable and face-to-face assessment is no longer required.
Massage therapy
£30
A focused 30-minute session targeting a specific area of concern. Massage therapy can be used to help reduce muscle tension, improve movement, and support recovery.
Performance Movement Assessment
£95
A detailed assessment of how well your ankles, knees and hips move and hold up under load, whether you run, lift, or play a team sport. We'll look at areas including calf and ankle strength, knee and hip control, single-leg power, and running gait where relevant, so we can see exactly how your body performs under the demands of your sport.
Every test is measured, so you'll know exactly where your limits are and get a tailored report and exercise plan to work on straight away, followed by a retest to track your progress.
If you're a runner, we'll also look at your current programming and talk through recovery principles, so your training load and rest are working alongside your movement rather than against it.
